Our Story
Taylor and Bryce met as 18-year-old freshmen at Texas State University in San Marcos. It was October 2020 when a chance meeting at Bryce’s birthday celebration, with Jello shots in hand, marked the beginning of their story.
In the months that followed came plenty of flirting and conveniently early arrivals to the English class they shared, each hoping to “accidentally” run into the other.
By May, Bryce asked Taylor on their first official date. The evening began with drinks at the Four Seasons in Austin, followed by dinner at Qi. Despite months of anticipation, they were both incredibly nervous.
Five years later, after countless travels, two dogs, and making a home together in Georgetown, they will return to where that first date began, this time to become husband and wife.
The Celebration
Some places become part of a story long before their significance is fully understood.
The Four Seasons is one of those places for Taylor and Bryce. It was where their first official date began and a place they have returned to throughout the years since.
On Saturday, November 7, 2026, they’ll return once more, but this time to exchange vows and celebrate their marriage surrounded by the family and friends who have been part of their story along the way.
The Bride & Groom
Over the past five years, Taylor and Bryce have built a life together filled with travel, adventure, and the quieter moments they love just as much, nights at home in Georgetown with Stryder and Coco, a rom-com or reality show, and nowhere else they need to be.
Among their favorite memories are dancing in the rain in Italy and a snowy trip to Vail in February 2025, when Bryce surprised Taylor with a proposal. After days of heavy snow, the skies cleared for just a few hours, creating the perfect moment for Bryce to ask Taylor to be his wife.
Waiting nearby were both of their families, ready to celebrate with them.
This November, Taylor and Bryce will begin their marriage surrounded by the people who have made the years leading to this moment so special.
